These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Oussra Travel website and the booking of any tours or services provided by Oussra Travel ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking and Reservations

All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive an official confirmation email from Oussra Travel and full payment or a required deposit has been processed.

2. Payment Policy

Full Payment: For most tours, full payment is required at the time of booking unless stated otherwise.
Currency: All prices are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable taxes.
Methods: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and bank transfers.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing via email. Our standard refundable policy is as follows:

More than 48 hours prior to tour: Full refund (minus any processing fees).
24-48 hours prior to tour: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours prior to tour: No refund.

*Note: Certain exclusive or private charter experiences may have stricter non-refundable terms, which will be communicated at the time of booking.

4. Changes to Itineraries

We reserve the right to alter itineraries, routes, or transportation due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, road closures, or safety concerns. In such events, we will attempt to provide a comparable alternative or a partial refund where appropriate.

5. Liability Waiver

By participating in our tours, you adhere that adventure travel carries inherent risks. Oussra Travel shall not be held liable for personal injury, property damage, or loss incurred during the tour, except where such liability cannot be excluded by UAE law.
